This is where I keep the recipes I actually cook.

Some are family recipes on index cards in handwriting I have read a thousand times. Some are torn out of magazines. Some I have changed so much that only the name survives. Where a recipe came from someone, I have said so.

Every recipe here has been made in my own kitchen at least once.
